  • Transportation Services are provided by Freight Management Services
  • The first shipment requires prepayment
  • All invoices after the first shipment are due within 30 days
  • Any invoices not paid within 30 days will accure intrest of 1.5% each month.
  • If payment is 90 days past due, your account will be turned over to an attorney and any discount on your freight bill will be revoked
    and we will seek full tariff. In addition, you will be responsible for all legal fees and collection expenses.
  • Freight Management Systems is not liable for any loss or damage to your shipments.We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
    Freight invoices are to be paid in full, regardless of any loss/damage claims.
